PRIVACY NOTICE – WEBSITE

Viemme61, as Data Controller, informs you under applicable Italian law and EU Regulation 679/2016 (“GDPR”) that your data will be processed as follows.

Privacy matters to us. By using our services you share information that lets us deliver the service, meet your needs and improve. This notice explains:

1. Which data do we use?

Viemme61 uses personal data including identifiers you provide (name, tax code, VAT, address, email, phone) via www.viemme61.it or as a client; preference and traffic data (connection times, browsing, IP, devices), also via cookies and metadata; and location indicators via IP and country code.

2. Why and on which legal basis?

Data support administrative activities and help us understand preferences for better services. Processing occurs (a) without prior consent for service purposes (contract, legitimate interest, legal obligations) and (b) only with consent for marketing and profiling.

3. How are data used?

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, analysis, processing, selection, communication, erasure and destruction — on paper, electronic and automated systems.

4. Mandatory vs optional

Service-purpose data are required to use requested services. Other purposes are optional; refusing them does not block services but you will not receive commercial communications or personalised offers.

5. Retention

Up to 10 years after the relationship ends for service purposes (or the statutory limitation period); up to 13 months for marketing; for the duration of consent and no more than 36 months from collection for profiling. Data are then anonymised for aggregate statistics.

6–8. Access, disclosure, transfers

Access is limited to staff and outsourced processors. Disclosure for service purposes may include authorities and parties required by law or contract. Transfers outside the EU only with appropriate safeguards.

9. Your rights
